Location: the hotel was adjacent to shops, restaurants and travel agencies, and the center. Had some takeout meals at Pollo Campero, set steps away from the venue, I couldn't resist...

The staff at Amina were helpful and made me feel safe as a solo traveler. They even assisted me with transportation arrangements, a huge relief. The rooms were nice and clean, and the garden was a lovely spot to relax. The restaurant had delicious food, and I appreciated having my own set of keys to come and go as I pleased. I had a wonderful experience at Amina and would highly recommend it.
One small drawback was that there were no minibar/fridges in the rooms to store breakfast items.

The restaurant had fantastic food and we appreciated having our own set of keys for easy access. The location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area.
In terms of the specific situation, we had a minor issue with the air conditioning in our room. the staff at Amina were quick to resolve it by switching us to another room where the AC worked much better.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a strong Wi-Fi signal and a hot shower with good water pressure. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to help and quick to respond to any inquiries. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the popular I love Peten sign, where shuttles drop you off. The staff even went above and beyond by allowing me to leave my luggage there for 6 days while I went on a jungle trek. Amina exceeded my expectations and provided excellent value for money.
The breakfast menu could have been more varied or had more options, but it was still enjoyable.
